Mobile  Bar  Service

 

  Make your event unforgettable with our complete bar service, designed to suit your needs. Each package includes:

  • 2 bartenders
  • Mobile bar service for up to 4 hours
  • Disposable drinkware, ice, cocktail napkins
  • All necessary licensing, insurance, and catering permits

Our bar offers a selection of beer, wine, and liquor, provided by Grant’s Neighborhood Grill. Choose the perfect bar option for your event:

Fully Hosted Bar

  • You cover the full cost of the bar. Select your drink menu from our alcohol packages.
  • Your cost: Selected package + $350 bar service fee.

Partially Hosted Bar

  • Set a specific budget for the bar. Once your budget is reached, the bar turns into a cash bar for guests to continue purchasing drinks.
  • Your cost: Pre-determined budget + $350 bar service fee.

Cash Bar

  • Guests pay for their own drinks throughout the event.
  • Your cost: $350 bar service fee.

All packages include the $350 bar service fee, your selected alcohol package, and a gratuity.

          Bar  Packages

 Fully Hosted Beer & Wine Bar Package

$20 to 25 per person | 4 hours of service

Our Beer,Wine, and Liquor Packages are priced using standard wedding averages and designed to deliver smooth, uninterrupted service for events of all sizes.

This package is built to comfortably serve:

  • Approximately 70 drinking guests per 100 attendees

  • An average of 4 to 5 alcoholic beverages per drinking guest

  • 4 consecutive hours of professional bar service

Includes:

  • Curated selection of domestic and craft beer

  • Red and white wine options
  • Ability to customize selections based on preferences

  • Professional bartenders

  • Hosted or cash bar service options

Guest Count & Staffing

Staffing is based on total guest count and venue flow:

  • 50–100 guests: 2 bartenders

  • 101–150 guests: 2 bartenders (additional staffing may be recommended)

  • 151–200 guests: 3 bartenders

  • 201–250 guests: 4 bartenders

Additional Options

  • Additional service hour: +$5 per person

  • Signature cocktails or premium upgrades: available upon request

  • Vintage mobile bar trailer: +$350 flat rental fee

Service Time Limit

Bar service may be extended up to a maximum of six (6) total hours.
Late-night service beyond six hours is not offered.

Travel

The bar setup fee includes round-trip travel within 60 miles of Boise.
Additional travel beyond this range may incur mileage or accommodation fees.

    Grazing tables are far from a one-size-fits-all option—they’re versatile, filling, and downright fun! You can easily swap out traditional charcuterie ingredients to create a spread that’s perfect for any crowd.     Grant's is Great! I recently had their Grilled Chicken burger for dinner. It was A-mazing! For a reasonable small upcharge, I had bacon and cheese added. To my recollection, I don't think I've had a more tasty and superior grilled chicken sandwich!! Yum!! One more thing: If I could give Grant's a sixth star I would, the fact they use organic chicken is a extra plus/star in my book.

    Very small place with exceptionally great food. If there are no empty seats, order your food "TO GO". So worth it!

    What a fun local place. It’s so nice to break free of the chain restaurants and enjoy a meal in this quaint atmosphere. Love the patio and the amazing aromas inside! Highly recommend.

    Diamond in the rough! We love coming here for a unique absolutely awesome chef custom experience. I can’t say enough about all the yummy things. The price is affordable and the service is always the best! I only wish they had a private comfy booth for us old veterans. Food is always 5stars!

    First of all, this is a hidden gem. Not much to look at from the outside, but the food is amazing and affordable. My husband and I really like piano bar nights at the Sidecar. (which we would go more if they had more) But we decided to have dinner at Grant’s waiting for open spots at Sidecar. The food never disappoints…I’m still talking about my 10oz NY steak I had 3 days later. The steak was cooked to perfection, tender, thick, and peppercorn sauce was delish. My husband ordered the salmon. It was flavorful and flaky. We typically have their delicious gourmet burgers, but our carnivore diet forced us to try something new. So glad we did. Reservations are highly recommended, and the Sidecar has the same menu, but FCFS.
